Please note that if you have Cow Sense v4.5 or greater you can use the
auto-update feature in Cow Sense. Go to Help > Cow
Sense Support > Update Cow Sense.
If your Cow Sense version is earlier than 4.5, then you should download and install the
FULL VERSION of the current release.
Download and install the Trial Edition to update your computer.

- Click 'Run' at the prompt to download and run the update in one step. Click 'Run' again and each
security checkpoint.
- If you click 'Save' at the prompt, you will select a location on your computer for the setup file, csc_473.exe.
Navigate to the temporary directory containing the file and double-click
on the file csc_473.exe to begin the update process.

- Update Cow Sense from your Pocket PC first, because all data on the Pocket PC will be cleared during the update!
- Click 'Run' at the prompt to download and run the update in one step. Click 'Run' again and each
security checkpoint.
- If you click 'Save' at the prompt, you will select a location on your computer for the setup file, pcs_install.msi.
Navigate to the temporary directory containing the file and double-click
on the file pcs_install.msi to begin the update process.
- After updating your desktop computer, run Pocket Cow Sense Desktop and "Install Pocket Cow Sense on a Pocket PC."
